Our studio’s approach to conceptual site design reflects a balance among the natural, built and human environments. ConstructionEDS is a fully licensed and insured Landscape Contracting Company. Our principle designer, Sean Femrite, has been a licensed landscape contractor in the state of California since 1990, and working under the EDS name since 2005 as the RMO. We pride ourselves in fine garden craftsmanship and never settle for anything less than perfection. EDS also works with a wide array of consultants that include artists, developers, realtors, interior designers, furniture designers, graphic designers, CAD artists, Sketch-up artists, tree specialists, plant pathologists, horticulturists, entomologists, plant suppliers and distributors, local and statewide nurseries, landscape designers, architects, and contractors.
